Carrier stress is one of the most important subject which is concerned recently. Caring from physical and mental patients is one of the high stress jobs. Events and accidents which need special care create stressful space for psychiatry staff, and these may affect in individual and social interactions in this community. This comparison study 77 staff from psychiatry ward and 77 staff from non psychiatry ward are selected as cluster sampling method. The SCL-90-R questionnaire is used to assess psychic indexes such as : phobia, paranoia, aggression, anxiety, depression, hypochondria, hypersensitivity and obsession. Data have evaluated with T-test between these two separated group.this study show there is significant difference between psychic signs in comparison groups.psychiatric ward staff are more damageable than the other ward staff.

World Health Organization defines health welfare of complete physical, mental and social. Research is Cross-sectional and the samples are 465 from medical students in Joondishapoor University of medical scinces. Assessment Tools was beck scale for depression. Results showed 45.4% from sample suffering from mild to severe depression.46.67% among them had severe depression. Results showed that more attention to mental health in society, especially in universities is needed.

This study evaluated the viewpoints of psychiatry residents about using the film of Real patients instead of trained simulated patients in the resident evaluation by means of objective structured clinical Examination .In resident evaluation by means of OSCE in Jundishapur university of Ahwaz, Iran, instead of trained simulated patients (usually with the performance of psychologists) the films of actual patients suffering from mood disorders (two patients) were used. Afterwards using a questionnaire (11questions) the view points of psychiatry residents about the exam was evaluated.All residents believed that the exam reduced the examiner bias in student assessment. 83.4% believed that there was more timeliness in the exam and the validity of the exam can be increased by using actual patients .74.7 % o resident of residents also believed the exam anxiety was reduced and the precision of it was higher. In addition 66% of the examinees believed that the exam was appropriate for evaluating the knowledge base of the residents only 16.6% of them, however believed that the exam in this form is appropriate in evaluating the performance base of them.74.4% of the residents also believed that using the films is not a reliable method for psychoanalysis station of the exam and believed that the films disturb the formation of sympathy between the patients and the residents . significant reduction of examiner bias, structure dness, higher precision and validity, lower anxiety, the possibility of using real patients and especially lower a valiability of children, adolescents and the elderly. Ease of production low cost of planning the exam and no need to too much staff are among the factors that make the use of these kinds of films in OSCE exams, promotion exams, and also National board Exams a necessity.

The main goal of education in university is training creative and thoughtful people. This study is Semi-empirical in nursing student in Joondishapour University. Each groups chose randomized one of the subjects of surgery or internal in medicine. They participated in education programs. The results showed significant deferent between two group in creative thinking (P=0.02).Results showed that active education have positive influence in creative thinking and clinical decision.
